Canada/US - Day 3
We started from the hotel in Lontdon after breakfast and drove in the van they rented for us, to the company in Strathroy for our first full day at the office.
As per tradition the folks back home had a lot of "important" jobs for us that we had to work our way through before we could get started on the things we came here for.
The day passed rather uneventfull, we dont have to struggle with language problems like we are used to this time. And the people aer nice and friendly So things are going allright so far.
We went to The Keg with a collegue and his wife this evening, for a nice steak dinner. I had the Prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes which was pretty good.

Canadians, generally speaking, are perceived to be "nice." US citizens were once considered nice, too. It wasn't until Bush declared war that those of us from the United States started wearing Canadian maple leaf lapel pins while overseas. It was a cheap trick, and unfair to most Candians, who generally behave better than Americans even after consuming three 12-oz bottles of beer.
WV: hingle (they just get better all the time!)
